Significant relevant experience with a background in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy and restructuring preferably within a professional services environmentStrong business and client relationship networkSolid technical abilities in financial analysis, valuation and financial modelingAptitude to originate and execute dealsAn investigative mindset with attention to detail with an ability to see the big pictureCommitted to developing client relationships with existing and potential clientsExcellent communication (written and oral), good people and client servicing skillsProven ability to manage project workflows and deliver on time, take ownership of tasks and assignments and accept responsibility for outcomesQualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, MBA will be highly regardedYour flexibility to travel 20% of the time.

This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
