- Maximize overall revenue bypromoting short- and long-term room bookings, targeting new,existing, and potential customers in line with the salesstrategy's goals.
- Negotiate optimalrates to enhance business benefits.
- Conductsales calls to potential companies for extended-staybusiness.
- Record daily activitiescomprehensively for all salesactivities.
- Cultivate and strengthenrelationships with in-house guests, monitoring and managing allnecessary extensions.
- Ensure the implementationof contracts for all long-term guests according to the internalpolicies of the hotel.
- Follow up on invoices,payments, and the entire billing process in accordance with theinternal policies of the hotel.
- Monitor themarket pricing of hotel apartments and residentialapartments.
- Effectively utilize IHG salestools, such as IBP, Delphi, I-RFP, IHG Merlin, IHG Sales Source,SSP, and IHG Business Club, to streamline work processes andenhance transparency.
- Maintain consistentcommunication internally to share market intelligence, providefeedback, and raise customer awareness within thehotels.
- Ensure planning and coordination ofsales efforts.
