    • Monitor themarket pricing of hotel apartments and residentialapartments.
    • Effectively utilize IHG salestools, such as IBP, Delphi, I-RFP, IHG Merlin, IHG Sales Source,SSP, and IHG Business Club, to streamline work processes andenhance transparency.
    • Maintain consistentcommunication internally to share market intelligence, providefeedback, and raise customer awareness within thehotels.
    • Ensure planning and coordination ofsales efforts.
