    Nikkiso Cryogenic Services (NCS)is the essential service arm of Nikkisos Clean Energy &Industrial Gases Group (CE&IG).     Objective/Summary

    The objective of this position is to perform aftermarketsales for cryogenic pump and turbo expander aftersales solutions.It is based in either Qatar or Sharjah U.A.E.

    Weare looking for a selfdriven motivated sales engineer with multipleyears of experience in aftersales for cryogenic applications. Acombination of product knowledge and business knowledge will berequired to execute this mission.

    The successfulcandidate will be part of a growth journey doubling our aftermarketbusiness over the next few years and will have a significantinfluence on future aftermarket sales development.

    EssentialFunctions/Responsibilities

    • Follow up customers inquiries and technical requestunderstand technical specification and prepare commercialquotations.
    • Work with the Business LineManager (BLM) to create a business development plan.
    • Provide and achieve targets to grow the Service Businessunit to maximize volume and profitability.
    • Promote and sell the NCS aftermarket products includingService Agreements Repairs Field Services and Upgrades as offeredto all existing and new customers.
    • Beresponsible for the maintenance and growth of the Service Contractbusiness for all product groups of the CEIG Group in the assignedsales territory.
    • Evaluate needs and negotiatecontracts directly with key accounts or indirectly with 3rd PartyService Providers subject to designation of authority.
    • Develop existing and build new customer relationshipsensuring Nikkiso is seen as a longterm business partner.
    • Aid prime equipment sales by maintaining and developingeffective working customer relationships via valued serviceproducts.
    • Develop proposal for aftermarketsales campaigns for specific service products and markets/customersand align campaigns with the BLM PLM and Business DevelopmentManager leadership before execution.
    • Monitorchanges and developments within the industry and report tomanagement.
    • Promote all NCEIG productportfolio followup and share sales leads internally.
    • Document activities in our CRM programSalesforce.
    • Other duties asassigned.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree in business engineering orrelated field.
    • 5 years or related aftermarketsales experience.
    • Experience in internationalbusiness environment is preferable.

    Physical Demands

    • Stand walk sit talk hear type and write.
    • Reach with hands and arms bend stand on a stool or climband use fingers and hands to feel objects tools orcontrols.
    • Use standard office equipment suchas computers smart phones printers photocopiers etc.
    • Lift files and open desk drawers and filingcabinets.
    • Global travel.
