Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Use knowledge of the real estate industry to provide market insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of UAE property market.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role with a developer or real estate agency in high capacity with a proven track record in freehold sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
  • Experience with sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Experience:

Real Estate Sales: 10 years (preferred)
