- Keeping track of undeliveredorders & customer returns handover to ReturnsTeam.
- Ensuring the orderswith more than 3 attempts are send for cancellation. (ageingcancellation).
- Closelymonitoring the Returns SLA (same day handover to returnsteam).
- Ensuring all Return& Undelivered orders are systematicallyscanned.
- Maintaining up todate trackers with highest level ofaccuracy.
- Coordinatingwith Returns team, Customer service team and Business units forsmooth operationflow.
- Review Operationalprocesses from a risk management perspective; identify and qualifynew areas of risks and escalate concerns to the site HSEcommittee.
- Guide andmotivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce qualitywork and ensure that they are continuously developed for higherlevel roles.
- Maintain HSEpractices in the working environment in order to minimize theopportunity of damage property and injury to self and colleagues.Pro-actively remind colleagues to behave in line with the HSEprocesses defined by thecompany.
- Regularlycommunicate to the team on operational performance and brief onupcoming events.
- Create apositive work environment that results in low attrition, sicknessand absence reduction to ensure that Collective and individualtargets are met.
