Be a part of a growing team.Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot desktop and user end problems.
- Act as a Tier1 Support for IT related issues register in IT helpdesk
- Installation and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops and IP Phones, Smart devices: tablets and wearables, Multimedia devices: projectors, TVs, digital board
- Maintain the IT asset documentation and ensuring that all assets are recorded, updated/removed.
- Plan, develop, and execute social media campaigns that align with company objectives and goals.
- Creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, and mobile.
- Setting up a posting schedule for all content.
- Updating social media accounts with new images when needed.
- Monitoring social media metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business or Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification in media or training in social media.
- Experience with Photoshop & Videography (proficiency preferred).
Monthly Remuneration Package
AED 3,000 (all inclusive)
Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
