    • Effectively managethe training budget.
    • Evaluate organizationalperformance to ensure that training is meeting business needs andimproving performance.
    • Assessemployees' skills, performance and productivity toidentify areas of improvement.
    • Drive brandvalues and philosophy through all training and developmentactivities.
    • Effectively communicate with teammembers, trainers and management.
    • Create acurriculum to facilitate strategic training based on theorganizations goals.
    • Select and manageresources, including working with both internal employees andtraining vendors to develop and delivertraining.
    • Manage the technologies and technicalpersonnel required to develop, manage and delivertraining.
    • Keep abreast of training trends,developments and bestpractices.
