Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager at Privatal, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our finance operations.

With our part-time Finance Director at full capacity, we're seeking a hands-on professional with strong experience to take charge of essential tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, VAT, and commission calculations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

You will be required to deputise in a Finance Controller capacity, with scope to step into that role in the future.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally hold a degree qualification, alongside several years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
• Sound understanding of current technical accounting practices and compliance requirements.
• Ability to take ownership of invoicing, VAT, payroll, and commission calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
