    • The product strategy, identifyingthe target market, customer segments, customer needs and uniqueselling points that our product suite needs to deliver in order tosucceed. You would also identify opportunities and risks fordelivering the company's services as an app-basedbusiness, including identification of competitive services,opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplaceobstacles and technical hurdles to the businesssuccess.
    • Full P&L responsibility forthe product.
    • Management of team and oroutsourced partners.
    • To lead and coach ahigh-performing product & design team to run effectiveproducts that deliver customer and business value. You will also beexpected to help build and grow this team.
    • Leadacross the entire product and experience, including Product Owners,Product Design (UI/ UX), Product Marketing, Product Research,Product Operations. Will design and align team capabilities to theProduct functional role requirements.
    • Settingof OKRs and success metrics for the productorg.
    • Identify technology trends and evolvingways of working that may support the success of thebusiness.

    KeyRequirements

    • Have led products across all stagesof the product life cycle, and have ideally worked in a fast paced,high-growth environment.
    • Have experience in theB2C and B2B sectors, ideally specifically something finance-related(challenger banks, payments, fintech,etc.).
    • Proven Ability to understand technicalarchitecture and modern best practices across all stages ofsoftware development.
    • Strong stakeholdermanagement and leadership capabilities wiring across crossfunctional teams including engineering, design, product,marketing.
    • Have grown product teams from asmall number to double figures.
    • Be happy with a"hands-on" role in the early days, until the teamhas been built out further.
    • Whilst beinghands-on, be able to step back and be involved with the CEO andFounders on the highest level of strategy for thebusiness.
    • At least 12-15 years of experience inProduct development roles.
