Our client:

A FMCG company is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of all marketing programs and activities.

Act as a link between Sales and Marketing to create Channel and Customer focused marketing activities and deliver to the field necessary, insight driven, selling tools to optimize sales and presence - in all the Trade Channels.


Your role:
Advise on International driven promotion, product launches and product re-launch. Develop artwork for package changes, shrink and labels as well as co-ordinating with purchasing, PAM & production Execution. Co-ordinate of line extension launches all product and package innovation launch and product or brand re-launches. Coordinating all packaging artworks as well as promotional artworks. Lead all National strategic promotions, new product introductions, line extensions and pack innovation. Manage the planning and execution of local tactical and strategic marketing initiatives. Sign off all promotions as field ready from a customer perspective and national promotions. Draft sales rally presentations (Push and trade aspects) and Salesman Marketing Guides for new launches.

Responsible for all Signage and Branding needs of the company and the different sales departments; also overlook and approve the use of the company or brand logos on any material uses.

Monitor and improve marketing productivity.

Monitor performance and provide feedback through performance development reviews and development need appraisals and build SMART objectives for all direct reports.

Must haves: 5+ years Trade Marketing Experience in FMCG in UAE. Arabic Speaker. Advance Excel, Analytical skills and good in numbers. University degree
