- To report for duty punctuallywearing the correct uniform and name badge at alltimes.
- To answer the telephone as per the hotelstandard.
- To run various status reports inorder to do opening shift.
- To review the logbook for any special request andinstructions.
- To keep track room status: OO,VC, OC, Q-rooms, OS & VD.
- To coordinateVIP room, make up rooms and rush rooms.
- Tomonitor and issuance of various keys: master keys, floor masterkeys, pantry keys and mobile phones.
- To log alllost & found items.
- To maintain fillingsystem.
- To inform security of any emergencybrought to housekeeping attention.
- To updateroom status whenever required.
- To respondpromptly and polite to any request from guest. Details to be loggedin the log book.
- To maintain high standard ofhotels policies relating to fire, health, safety, hygiene andsanitation at all times.
- To know fire andsafety rules of the hotel.
