Job Title: Junior Design& EstimationEngineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural/MechanicalEngineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years ofexperience in a similar field (UAE Experiencepreferred).
• Proficiency in MBS STAAD andAutoCAD.
• Experience in the PreEngineered/HotRolled Steel Buildingsindustry.

Responsibilities:

StructuralDesign:Develop detailed structural designs forPreEngineered/Hot Rolled Steel Buildings.
Utilize toolssuch as MBS STAAD and AutoCAD to create accurate and efficientdesigns.

Estimation:Prepareproject cost estimates considering materials labor and otherrelevant factors.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholdersto gather necessary information for accurateestimations.

ProjectCoordination:Work closely with project managersarchitects and other team members to ensure design and estimationalign with project requirements.
Provide technical supportduring projectexecution.

Compliance:Ensuredesigns comply with relevant codes standards andregulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices.

Documentation:Createand maintain comprehensive documentation of design specificationsand estimation details.
Prepare reports and presentationsasneeded.
