    Job Description

    • Respond to internal business user requests for assistance with issues related to application functions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with oversight and coordination with business user team members. Work with vendor technical consultants for configuration of applications and issue resolution as needed.
    • Update system to fix defects or to complete minor enhancement requests.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for administering an OnBase system including test environments, managing patch testing related integrations work closely with process improvement groups project management skills are essential.
