Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule and budget.
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks that may impact timelines or outcomes.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Maintain project documentation and files, including contracts, budgets, and other relevant information.
Assist in the evaluation of project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Adhere to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Previous experience in project coordination or project management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
