    Description

    Effective Communication Skills:
    Demonstratesexcellent verbal and written communication skills, includingproficiency in email and customer service protocol.

    UserSupport Experience: 5 years of experience in handling end-usercalls, managing incidents and service requests, and handlingapplication crash issues is required.


    TechnicalExpertise:

    Experience with VDI, Active Directory, O365, VPN,OneDrive, MS-Teams, SharePoint, and Code 2 Signature, as well asmanaging user devices and authentication issues.


    ToolProficiency:
    Proficient in working with the latest Remote DesktopProtocol (RDP) tools such as TeamViewer, LogMeIn, and Bomgar. Healso has experience in using various card tools like ITSM, ManageEngine, Remedy, JIRA, etc.
    ITIL Knowledge (Preferred):Knowledge of ITIL best practices is preferred, especially inservice desk procedures, incident and requestmanagement.

    Issue Notification and Escalation:
    Demonstrates the ability to quickly notify and escalate issuesbased on their severity levels.
