We are seeking aseasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant with extensive experience inbanking financial services and legal sectors to join our dynamicteam. This is a hybrid work arrangement allowing you to work 4 daysfrom home and 1 day in the office either in Dubai or AbuDhabi.

Asa Senior Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in ourorganization engaging in a 360degree recruitment process. Yourresponsibilities will encompass identifying new clientsunderstanding their recruitment needs and delivering highqualitystaffingsolutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. ClientEngagement:
   

• Identifyand develop relationships with new clients in the banking financialservices and legalsectors.
  
• Understandclient requirements thoroughly through comprehensive briefings andmaintain regular communication to ensure alignment throughout therecruitmentprocess.
  
• Providestrategic advice and guidance to clients regarding industry trendsmarket insights and recruitment bestpractices.
  

CandidateManagement:

• Sourcescreen and evaluate potential candidates to match clientrequirementseffectively.
  
• Facilitatecandidate interviews ensuring a seamless and positive experiencefor all partiesinvolved.
  
• Conductthorough reference checks and background verification processes asneeded.
  

MarketAnalysis andStrategy:

• Conductmarket mapping exercises to identify key talent pools industrytrends and competitorinsights.
  
• Analyzemarket dynamics and provide actionable insights to drive informeddecisionmaking.
  
• Developinnovative recruitment strategies to attract toptier candidates andstay ahead of markettrends.

Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:

• Proventrack record as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in bankingfinancial services or legal sectors in theUAE.
  
• Indepthknowledge of industryspecific trends regulations and marketdynamics.
  
• Exceptionalcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  
• Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multipleprioritieseffectively.
