Key responsibilities in live transactions (M&A, strategic advisory)Integral role in origination/marketing activitiesManaging client relationships as the deal leadExtensive origination responsibilities in which to win new businessIdea generation and sector coverageData analysis for pitch book and discussion materials preparationFinancial Modelling, valuation, project management and client engagementMentor junior bankers whilst overseeing their work to ensure individual development as well as maintaining high-quality standards and correctnessAdditional responsibilities as required


Requirements:
9+ years of M&A experience from a reputable Investment Banking InstitutionEnthusiasm and understanding of the regional M&A marketAbility to handle complex modelling and financial analysisTake ownership and drive individual projects onAttention to detail and judgement to identify key issues, while drawing conclusions, and questioning resultsStrong leadership capabilities and business acumen
