  • Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai, UAE
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
