Responsibilities:
- Lead the compliance function (banking) to the best standards of the industry
- Review the overall compliance framework for the institution
- Review the policies and procedures regularly ensuring their alignment with the rules
- Implement the compliance manual and manage the plan
- Oversee periodic reviews carried out by the compliance department and report outcomes to the CEO
- Manage the AML, KYC and CFT function
- Identify areas of potential risk, vulnerability and develop corrective action plans
- Provide guidance to team members
- Manage and resolve regulatory problems that arise
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Emirati national
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of experience in compliance
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- Compliance: 5 years (required)
Language:
- Arabic (required)
