Job Description:

  • Previous consulting experience in an Audit / Accounting firm is mandatory.
  • Recording of daily financial transactions in compliance with IFRS right from recording to reporting.
  • Recording of all closing entries at month end, including bank reconciliations, fixed asset, prepaid, accruals & payroll schedules.
  • Ensuring journal entry information is complete with right supporting documents.
  • Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.
  • Preparation of financial statements & previous experience in preparing financial statements is mandatory.
  • Supporting the auditors with relevant information required to complete the audit.
  • The work will be in a computerized environment with good usage of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
i. CPA or accounting graduate qualified.

ii. 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting including financial reporting

iii. Knowledge of Accounting systems such as Xero, Quick Books, Zoho etc. & ability to work independently.

iv. Experience in IFRS reporting. v. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

vi. Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

vii. Available to join immediately

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month
