Position:
Finance Manager


CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problemsolving skills to contribute to financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure timely and accurate financial closings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Chartered Accountant with a minimum of a Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • More than 8 years of progressive experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the accounting cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Salary:
AED20, AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:
