About the position


As the Vice President of Sales your main purpose is to create revenue streams and to deliver revenue for the Company in your respected markets.

You are leading and coaching our Field team of Technical Specialists, Project Managers and Professionals to enable successful completion of Sales contracts.

You operate and execute the Company's strategy, keep a profound visibility on the forecast via CRM, facilitate and generate orders.


This position is responsible and accountable for driving existing and new business directly with our Sales and Field team as well as Strategic Partners.


Main responsibilities

  • Deliver on order and revenue targets in your markets.
  • Create and maintain a tactical Regional Sales plan and execute against it.
  • Take ownership towards delivering the Corporate strategy in your market.
  • Build the opportunity pipeline, create joint customer roadmap(s), ensure budgets, manage contracts and agreements, optimize short
- and long-term profitability.

  • Drive Sales and Business Development activity, as well as have a focus on opening up longerterm revenue opportunities and creating long lasting partnerships.
  • Identify and drive new opportunity streams, new segments, new customers.
  • Manage and coach the Field team, Project Managers and Professionals as well as Strategic Partners.
  • Attend Sales meetings with End-Clients and Strategic Partners in order to personally drive business.
  • Negotiating substantial deals directly and in collaboration with the Head of Sales with Endcustomers or Strategic Partners.

Additional tasks


Collaborate in close partnership with the CSO, Marketing and Product and Operations teams to continuously refine our go-to-market approach and at the same time ensure our roadmap is market-driven.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business or in a technology field with at least 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Possesses a combination of entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen demonstrated through the ability to drive opportunities with the right balance of tactical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to express thoughts logically. Fluent English is a must and languages of your Sales region is a great addition.
  • Trustworthy and comfortable developing relationships at all levels across the organizations.
  • Intellectually sharp with a cognitive & analytical capability.
  • Comfortable to operating and managing opportunities, across multiple countries and cultures. Proven experience in a Sales / Business development role, in a sophisticated security technology solutions environment.
  • Experience in performing against challenging targets primarily in positions where you will have been personally accountable for delivery of Sales (rather than by managing teams).
  • Solid pricing, pricing methodology, profitability, and contract management knowhow.
  • Mobility and willingness to travel 5080% of your time
