Description

As a Relationship Manager in Priority Banking, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients.

Your primary goal will be to provide personalized financial advice and tailored solutions to meet the needs and objectives of each client.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Build strong, longterm relationships with Priority Banking clients through proactive communication, regular meetings, and understanding their financial goals and preferences.
  • Offer expert financial advice and guidance to clients on investment opportunities, and other financial matters.
  • Stay updated on a wide range of banking and investment products and services offered by the bank.
  • Identify opportunities to crosssell banking and investment products to existing clients and actively seek referrals to expand the Priority Banking client base.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the bank to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Priority Banking business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager within Priority Banking segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market, and proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products such as Equities, Derivatives, and Stock Markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Arabic speakers are preferred.
