Job Description:

Liaison and Business Development with existing and prospective clients to grow department workload/revenue.

Taking client brief for a project and communicating this to contractor and consultant team to deliver desired results.

Develop and implement Project Execution Plan.

Create and manage the master project timeline.

Establishing and managing project communication flows.

Coordinate Project team members (engineers, site manager, quantity surveyors, project admin) and sub-consultants.

Manage, monitor and report the performance of the project.


Undertake reporting procedures as required including; daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting to Client in order to advise representatives regarding progress / key issues.


Perform site inspections, survey the ground according to construction drawings; evaluate deviation between design and reality; ensure project implementation follows the drawings, specifications, quality and quantity expected.

Act as the lead in managing design meetings and site progress meetings.

Coordinate the construction schedule of project, actively solving problems (if any) during deployment.

Monitor, assure and responsible for the quality, cost, schedule and safety of projects.


Undertake project close out duties and create a final report to the Client on items including; final costs and variations, defects inspection and schedule, testing and commissioning management, checking of legal documents such as firefighting certificates.


Qualifications:


  • 5 years experience in a similar position overseas either with Real Estate Consultancy, Project Management Consultancy or Real Estate Developers
  • HR and office management experience
  • Technical knowledge in construction and design drawings is a must.
  • Knowledge of industry sectors including Office, retail, residential, industrial, hospitality.
  • Good people management and Client communication skills.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Command of Microsoft Office programs particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
  • Good attitude, willing to provide high end standards for clients.
  • High commitment and ethical conduct in business.
