Requirement

Serve as a liaison between the Horizon Project and the regional countries where Horizon is being deployedImplement effective communication & engagement strategiesCreate a global approach to comms & engagement for the Change CoEImplement strategic messages that educate the community on the purpose, need, benefits, and perceived impacts of projects and programs.

Utilize the ADKAR Change model for communicationSupport all aspects of communication for internal program commsProvide training launch communications Support communication for delta releases of existing countries that have gone liveImplement internal social media plans including writing and vetting of various posts (Yammer, Intranet, Broadcast channels, etc.)
