Sales Trainer

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Education:
Any Graduate Holder

Salary - 16 to 20 k

Job description:

  • Ensure that newly hired sales staff are well equipped with the knowledge and skills required to achieve their targets by preparing & conducting the induction training program that includes but not limited to:
  • Market Introductions & insights
  • Project Training
  • Sales Flow Training
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure smooth allocation of sales staff into their teams
  • Create and execute a monthly project refresher plans after coordinating with their HODs
  • Decide the refresher training method (ILT/Digital) in light of the multiple factors such as how recent the project was launched and how complicated is the content

Salary:
AED18,000.00 per month
