Full Job Description
- Carrying out the daytoday functions of sales or leasing in the territories assigned to you.
- Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers. Meeting clients who are interested in selling/buying or leasing their property. Meeting potential clients and guiding them on tours of available units.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
- Monitor the property market for new and old properties up for sale.
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
- Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
- Evaluate the objectives of a client to identify their needs and requirements.
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments.
- Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers, and clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and close deals.
Requirements:
- Real Estate experience is preferred.
- Female Arabic Speaker is preferred.
- Driving License with a Car is mandatory.
- Ability to focus & work on the client's requirements
