Full Job Description

  • Carrying out the daytoday functions of sales or leasing in the territories assigned to you.
  • Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers. Meeting clients who are interested in selling/buying or leasing their property. Meeting potential clients and guiding them on tours of available units.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
  • Monitor the property market for new and old properties up for sale.
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
  • Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Evaluate the objectives of a client to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments.
  • Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers, and clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and close deals.

Requirements:


  • Real Estate experience is preferred.
  • Female Arabic Speaker is preferred.
  • Driving License with a Car is mandatory.
  • Ability to focus & work on the client's requirements
