Tasks & responsibilities

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire factory.
To carry out inspection and testing activities of lube oil and grease samples as per defined test methods and to ensure that products meet all specified parameters.
To extend quality checks, testing of the products at all stages of production as per defined guidelines, SOPS and Work instructions
Responsible for the development and implementation of quality procedures
Responsible for QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, noncompliance reports and site instruction/observations, materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
Oversee all testing methods and maintain highquality standards for all products.
Check the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all product specifications.
Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Monitor an efficient system, record all activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements / standards.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of quality management system and Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Day to day analysis of incoming / in process & finished goods & Raw Materials.
Calibration & Standardization preventive maintenance of Instruments, Trend graphical presentation of data and Monthly reports preparation test certificate.
Ensure all experiments and functions performed within the laboratory adhere to the prescribed safety standards, methods and protocols.
Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
Proposing improvements to the production process
Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
Determining the causes of product defects and reworks
Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly
