Job Duties:


  • Preferred if strong clients database of companies, from the previous employer.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the management team.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
  • Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
  • Meet with potential clients and identify their needs / requirements.
  • Fix maximum sales meetings and visit clients to understand their requirement.
  • Follow up on leads generated through retail stores.
  • Target new and existing accounts for new business.
  • Enter, update and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into sales database.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Generate monthly budget and sales forecasts.
  • Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sale and demonstration.
  • Oversee and follow up the sales process from quote to delivery of final product.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to generate business.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives for better results.

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree


Experience:
1-2 years


Required Skills:


  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Corporate Sales within UAE or Retail Sales experience or expereince preferably in the corporate gift industries such as premium Chocolates, Dates, VIP Gifts, Awards, trophies in Crystal (preferred), Metal, Wood other materials. Product or Services selling experience within UAE.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Quick learner, selfmotivated with ability to work independently and a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Negotiating and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time Management, planning and organizing skills.
  • Very accountable & dependable.
  • High ethics and integrity.
  • Position open for Dubai & Abu Dhabi location.
***Additional Commission plans after training period, that can double earnings on achievement of sales targets. Sales commissions starts once 40% target is achieved. Maximum support and guidance to achieve commissions. Petrol & Mobile Allowances provided if eligible.


Salary:
Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

- product selling: 1 year (preferred)

  • Business meetings/clients/Events & Exhibition: 1 year (preferred)
Corporate Gifting: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
  • Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License & Own Car (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
