    Key job responsibilities

    • Sales Process Management: Leadcontinuous improvement of sales processes, ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives and best practices.
    • Monitorthe end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks andopportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights torefine and optimize sales workflows.
    • DataAnalysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, performance metrics,and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team andsenior management. Develop and maintain sales dashboards andreports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to supportdata-driven decision-making. Identify patterns and anomalies insales data, translating findings into strategicrecommendations.
    • Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with various departments, includingfinance, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamlesscommunication and alignment of processes that impact salesoperations. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments toaddress operational challenges and implementsolutions.
    • Own and oversee trade managementoperations, including accurate monitoring. Ensure that trademarketing initiatives are properly executed and closed within thebudget. Track the whole submission process to verify thatactivities are correctly submitted in the system and that suitablesubmission criteria are followed for each activity.

    BasicQualifications

    • Candidate must be independent andflexible, with good communication skills and a strong customerfocus.
    • Graduate Degree with min. 3+ years ofexperience in sales operations or similarrole.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to dataaccuracy and quality
    • Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate withcross-functional teams.

    • Proven ability to lead processimprovement initiatives and drive operationalexcellence.
    • Highly organized, with the abilityto prioritize and manage multiple tasks, stakeholders anddeadlines
