    Overview Dyson MEA

    Dyson has established a regional hub office in Dubai to manage theMiddle East & Africa markets. The Dubai Hub will providethe vision and strategy to Dysons business in MEA covering keymarkets such as UAE Saudi Arabia and South Africa as well as futurenew markets. The region has been identified as Hyper Growth for theGlobal Dyson business meaning the middle east markets will scalerapidly over the next 5 years and we are building the team who willgrow this business.     MainResponsibilities

    As a Business DevelopmentManager youll be concerned with improving and growing a businessfor our portfolio of hightech devices in a B2B environment byfostering and developing relationships with customers suppliers andother partners. You will work to improve profitability throughcareful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriatemarkets.

    The Business Development Manager willreport directly to the Managing Director MEA. He/she will have aprecisely defined region of where to go and what markets to focuson with predetermined targets for the whole of theyear.

    About theRole

    • Targeted acquisition of newcustomers as well as support and maintenance of existingcustomers
    • Focus on building a network ofrelationships and ultimately selling into Interior DesignersMechanical & Electrical Engineers (M&E) andContractors with a laser focus on the specification of DysonsPremium Technology
    • Hold regular face to facemeetings with Key customers and specifiers within this vertical(Hospitality Transportation Education)
    • Activestrategic sale of the product portfolio in keyverticals
    • Active use of the Salesforce CRMsystem as a work tool with a focus on developing high qualityleads
    • Effectively manage a network of contactswithin Dyson and the customer across different functions to ensurethat accounts and project are set up and managed and ordersplaced/delivered correctly.
    • Develop an annualbusiness vertical plan that sets out the key strategic aims forDyson and the vertical
    • Agree updatecommunicate and administer all areas of the verticalplan
    • Manage a marketing budget in line withforecasts and promotional activity for thesector
    • Maintain an ongoing contact with B2Bdecisionmakers and also investors and/or general contractors andarchitects
    • Support and representation of thecompany at events and trade shows
    • Closecollaboration with the sales department and the Marketing andPublic Relations department

    Aboutyou

    • Strong specification salesexperience for a high profile brand
    • Provendelivery of sales targets and large projects
    • Working knowledge of the construction and specificationindustry
    • At least 5 years of professionalexperience in a B2B sales service or businessproject
    • Having a sense of customer focuscommunication strength and sales skills are naturalelements
    • You are technically interested andcan spread the enthusiasm for Dyson technology
    • Professional approach entrepreneurship and independent workingmethods
    • Safe and rigorous handling of CRMsystems
    • Fluent in English and knowledge ofArabic is a preference
