We have a great opportunity for a talented Bartender to join the team in our Lobby Lounge.

The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that will make our guests feel both welcomed and cared for.

What we are looking for?

A passion for bartending.
Great understanding of beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
Efficiency and punctuality.
A warm and friendly character.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

What will you do?

Interact with clients and understand their needs.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Work with Afya team to keep excellent service standards.
Be prepared to assist other Traders colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.

The hotel comprises 301 well-appointed guestrooms and suites. Rooms start at a spacious 32 square metres and feature a stylish design of warm tones and comfortable furnishings.

For travelers requiring the highest levels of service and attention, the hotel also offers 80 Traders Club rooms on the seventh, eighth and ninth floor, as well as suites on the first to seventh floor.
