    Description
    • Coordinate recruitment activities,including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travelarrangements, and arranging meetinglogistics.
    • Serve as the primary point ofcontact for candidates throughout the recruitment process,providing timely communication andsupport.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-datecandidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and otherrecruitment databases.
    • Assist with job postingsand advertising efforts on various platforms, including job boards,social media, and university careerportals.
    • Screen resumes and applications, andconduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualificationsand fit for open positions.
    • Assist with thecoordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs, careerexpos, and campus recruitingactivities.
    • Prepare recruitment-relateddocuments and materials, including offer letters, employmentcontracts, and onboarding paperwork.
    • Coordinatepre-employment background checks, reference checks, and otherpre-employment screening activities asneeded.
    • Assist with other HR-related tasks andprojects as assigned by the HRteam.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
    • Previous experience in HR, recruiting,or administrative support role.
    • Strongorganizational and time management skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-servicemindset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite(Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus onaccuracy and quality in work.
