Responsibilities:

Lead the regional consulting team's development of energy transition & biofuels business within our client base including a go to market strategy & planThe role will focus on helping our clients within the OMD segment to develop and implement programs to decarbonise and successfully navigate energy transitionEffectively manage entire consulting projects or significant workstreams within medium size projects.

For large projects, participate actively in the execution of the scope and delivery, leading segment regulatory assessment, demand, supply and price forecastsApply energy industry knowledge to a variety of market designs and situations as required by client needsBuild consensus across groups with competing priorities within the project teamEfficiently review analysis and modelling efforts done by other Team or project team members and provide feedback for improvement


Requirements:

8-15 years of experience in the oil, refining & energy industry within operational, consulting, technology or engineering companies related to the segmentSignificant experience within the segment relating to energy transition, biofuels and sustainability is a must haveMinimum qualifications are Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical or industry related engineeringCandidates with a master's degree in one of the above-listed disciplines are highly preferredStrong written and oral presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Must have an analytical frame of mind and be prepared to use data to back up opinionsSome travel is required on average around 20% of the time (but could occasionally be more)Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, influencing stakeholders, providing ideas and open feedback
