    Job title: Service Resilience and Continuity Engineer

    Description

    Resilience and Continuity Professional

    This role involves developing and maintaining a Group IT-wide service continuity program, encompassing the creation of a dashboard displaying services alongside their respective continuity statuses. Planning, preparation, and testing are essential to ensure minimal business disruption during serious incidents or disasters.

    The Service Resilience and Continuity team guarantees that delivery teams meet availability, performance capacity requirements as well as resilience demands. They also develop a tiered framework for determining service criticality across international entities within Group IT services. This enables strategic investments in mitigation strategies.

     Mandatory Qualifications
     
    • A minimum 3 years of experience working with complex systems characterized by high transaction rates & geographical diversity is necessary.

      •  
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams within technology-intensive settings is highly desirable.

      •  
    • No less than 4 years' experience should be held in an organization serving over 4 thousand users along with at least two more years within banking sectors.    (2)  


    • A minimum of one year's worth of direct involvement in providing guidance on designing processes concerning incident response planning supported by monitoring all inbound risks impacting operations throughout our infrastructures would suffice.
