    2. Collaboration with Rigging Teams

      3. You will collaborate with rigging teams to determine proper lifting techniques and load distribution, enhancing efficiency and safety during operations.

    3. Load Movement Monitoring

      4. You will monitor load movements and communicate effectively with ground crew, utilizing hand signals or radios to ensure precise handling of materials.

    4. Project Timelines and Schedules

      5. Adhere to project timelines and schedules, adjusting operations as needed to accommodate changing conditions on the job site.

    5. Maintenance Records

      6. Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including lift weights, equipment usage, and maintenance logs for compliance audits.

    6. Crane Setup and Dismantling

      7. Assist in the setup and dismantling of cranes at various oil and gas locations, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

    7. Hazard Identification and Reporting

    Requirements:

    • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training in crane operation is preferred.
    • Valid crane operator certification from recognized authorities, demonstrating adherence to industry standards.
    • Proven experience of at least 5 years operating mobile cranes within the oil and gas sector, showcasing specialized skills.
    • Preference for candidates with experience working in the UAE, particularly in Sharjah or RAK regions, familiar with local regulations.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other relevant languages is an advantage for effective communication.
    • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to rapidly changing site conditions while maintaining professionalism.
    • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including the ability to climb, lift, and work at heights as necessary.
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety and best practices, with a track record of maintaining zero-incident operations.
