    We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is data-driven, analytical, and highly skilled in digital acquisition, someone who can scale high-quality lead generation and deliver strong performance across all major digital platforms.


    Reports to:

    Marketing ManagerImmediate joiners will be given priorityApplicants must have prior experience in real estate and development; other profiles will not be entertained.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and programmatic channelsManage ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

    Create media plans with clear budgets, KPIs, and timelines for project launchesMonitor campaign performance daily and optimise to improve CPL, CTR, lead quality, and ROIBuild and manage automation workflows using Zapier, , or n8n.

    Integrate campaigns with CRM systems such as Bitrix24 or Salesforce to ensure smooth lead flowTrack lead data accuracy and ensure proper attribution for reporting.

    Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights and opportunitiesConduct competitor analysis and research new digital trends, tools, and technologies.

    Work with creative, content, and video teams to develop high-impact digital assetsEnsure tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and event setups are correctly implemented across all campaigns.

    Support performance strategies for events, expos, and offline-to-online initiativesSkills & ExpertiseStrong understanding of digital channels including PPC, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email MarketingHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

    Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker StudioFamiliarity with marketing automation tools (Zapier, , n8n). Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Bitrix24, or HubSpotStrong analytical and optimisation skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to manage budgets and maximise campaign performanceExcellent communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of real estate or lead generation advertising — an advantageExperience1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or lead generationProven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable resultsPrior experience in real estate, property development, or high-ticket industries preferredExperience managing multi-channel media plans and digital budgetsUnderstanding of UAE digital trends, market behaviour, and audience targeting
