Job Summary
We are looking for a QHSE Officer who is responsible for ensuring that workplace health safety and environmental policies and practices are adhered to and continuously improved. The candidate must have prior warehouse experience.This role includes conducting risk assessments developing safety protocols providing training and guidance to employees and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of workplace environments processes to identify hazards risks Develop.
- Aid in the formulation implementation review of health safety environment policies Ensure all HSE policies comply with local laws regulations as well as international best practices Organize deliver HSE training programs workshops for employees Promote awareness health safety environment issues within organization Investigate accidents incidents near misses determine root causes develop corrective actions Maintain record incidents prepare reports management Monitor report organization compliance health safety environment regulations Collaborate regulatory agencies assist audits inspections Develop maintain emergency response plans conduct drills Guide emergencies ensure proper reporting documentation Promote sustainable practices ensure compliance environmental regulations Conduct environmental impact assessments audits Prepare present HSE reports statistics management Communicate effectively employees regarding safety protocols necessary changes Qualifications required Bachelor degree occupational health safety Environmental Science related field Relevant certifications desirable Previous experience minimum years warehouse Strong knowledge HSE regulations standards practices Excellent communication skills verbal written Analytical problem-solving abilities Proficient Microsoft Office Suite HSE management software Personal Attributes attention detail proactive approach safety Leadership capabilities influence change Commitment fostering culture safe organization Job Type Permanent Pay AED per month
