Description

A well known nursery in Abu Dhabi is looking for a administrative assistant or clerk to support with accounting, finance and administration and assist in the parent relation/customer service of the setting.

The coordination of all nursery operations to maintain the best possible systems, processes and efficiencies for the business.

Work timings: 07:30am to 4:00pm


Role responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures
  • Follow established Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Manages the Kinderpedia app administration inputting and updating child, parent and staff records, fees structure, academic calendar and other information.
  • Produce and distribute all invoices and receipts via Clients.
  • Payment collection and record keeping in close cooperation with the head office accounts department, Front Desk Manager and Nursery Manager
  • Produce the monthly staff salary and attendance sheet for approval by the Nursery Manager.
  • File staff leave requests (after Nursery Manager's approval.)
  • File copies of all staff IDs, qualifications, police clearance and other required documents.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Desirable: UAE attested Bachelors' degree/diploma in relevant field
  • Desirable: Accounting qualification
  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshall
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role

Job Types:

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
