| Posted on 02/03/2024 As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and expertise on a project basis. The role will be based in U.A.E, with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Consultant will be responsible to handle one of our projects to ensure the project mandates are executed. They will be supported by our extended project teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure our clients receive high-quality services.

Our projects span across the HR spectrum that convers Talent Acquisition support, RPO, Talent Management, HR digitization, Performance Management, Organization Development, HR Transformation and also running the HR PMO desk.

These HR projects can be across diverse industries such as Technology, Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, and more.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Flexible and adaptable to change

Ability to work independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience with HR digitization is a plus
