We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our day-to-day activities, providing support to various departments, and contributing to the overall success of our company.


What You'll Do:


  • Oversee and manage the efficiency of daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for boat preparation, deliveries, and customer handovers.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records and documentation related to operations.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, service, and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

What You Bring:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fastpaced operations or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational principles and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A passion for the marine industry and a desire to learn is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.

AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Boating/ Maritime: 2 years (preferred)
  • Operation: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (required)
