With a focus on creative design, sustainable solutions, and client satisfaction, we have successfully delivered a diverse range of projects across various sectors.

As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Utilize industry connections to gather insights and stay informed about emerging opportunities.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Leverage existing industry connections to generate leads and expand the client base.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships within the architecture and design community.


Client Relationship Management:
Utilize personal and professional connections to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Act as a bridge between the company and industry stakeholders, fostering strong collaborations.


Proposal Development and Presentation:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight industry connections and address client needs.
Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, leveraging industry relationships to secure new business opportunities.


Collaboration with Project Teams:
Facilitate communication between industry partners and internal project teams.
Ensure a seamless transition from business development to project delivery, incorporating industry insights into project strategies.


Budget and Forecasting:
Develop and manage the business development budget, allocating resources strategically.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, considering industry trends and connections.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the architecture or design industry.
  • Established network and connections within the architecture and design community.
  • Strong understanding of architectural services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience:

- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
