    YOUR MISSION

    The Regional Sales Manager is directly responsible for leading the performance, profitability, optimization, and development of the entire network across the Middle East, India, Africa & Turkey in line with the strategy of the main stakeholders – TimeVallee, Retailers, and Maisons. He/she is the warrant of the achievement of the business targets on his/her network by ensuring an exceptional client experience and operational excellence. As an Ambassador of TimeVallee, he/she must establish strong partnerships with retailers and local/regional Maisons sales teams while providing continuous support and the highest level of service to the entire network under his/her management.

    HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

    • Drive network strategy and business planning in collaboration with the Managing Director.
    • Forecast and track revenue with retailers and Maisons, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
    • Optimize product allocations and replenishment for boutiques, identifying new business opportunities.
    • Monitor competition, market share, and sell-out trends, identifying growth actions for each market.
    • Contribute to the timely collection of outstanding retailer payments in coordination with HQ/local finance.
    • Assess and pursue business opportunities, including expansion plans (opening and closing points of sale) and new retail projects across all markets.
    • Manage market and client performance, ensuring monthly turnover delivery and promptly addressing any gaps.
    • Develop annual marketing, CRM, and training plans per market with TimeVallee HQ and Maisons' marketing teams (including Coop budget, events, local activations) to support boutique objectives.
    • Monitor the marketing/activation calendar by boutique in partnership with retailers and report on results.
    • Identify and report event opportunities and local communication needs to the brand Marketing & Communication team.
    • Regularly visit boutiques to support all business aspects and ensure the application of all guidelines (TimeVallee HQ, retailers, and Maisons).
    • Coordinate with local Maisons' teams and retailers for all merchandising, training, advertising, and PR initiatives related to Maison development within boutiques, ensuring their implementation.
    • Foster a business-oriented approach and positive mindset within the network through monthly meetings with Boutique Managers, facilitating the exchange of best practices.
    • Ensure proper follow-up and reporting of retail network results (sales, KPIs, missed sales) through Booster, proposing corrective actions for retailers.
    • Establish the annual team training plan in coordination with FHH, coaching boutique managers and sales staff on luxury & high-value selling techniques and watchmaking skills.
    • Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance the knowledge of local sales teams on the TimeVallee concept.
    • Implement TimeVallee retail guidelines and tools defined by HQ, and support Maisons in implementing their guidelines across all boutiques.
    • Travel approximately 40% of your time within the Middle East, Africa, India, and Turkey region to support and develop the network.

    HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

    • Strong knowledge of the Middle East retail business and culture.
    • A good understanding of retail operations, marketing & communications, and digital trends.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
