• Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes.
• Support the implementation of new systems and tools.
• Provide training and support to operational teams.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
