Job Role of Service Head

  • Coordinating with Supervisors and ensuring quality is maintained in the workshop
  • Continues trainings and upgradation of the technicians.
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of each activity in the workshop in both the branches, AUH and DXB.
  • Ensuring close contact with the top heads/managers of the service workshop customers in the Group.
  • Training the trainers and ensuring that there is continues knowledge transfer in the workshop
  • Putting in training programs with the trainers and helping them build the content and process.
  • Putting in a process and to put checks to ensure that there is no breach.
  • Ensuring coordination with the suppliers and the team with regards to new equipment's and their trainings.
  • Continues development of the workshop equipment's by introducing new equipment's and tools.
  • Ensuring the equipment sales team and providing them support with regards to technical knowledge assisting to coordinate with the suppliers.
  • Supporting and assisting sales team/Manager with Service Level Agreements and attaining strategies to penetrate market.
  • Building Service Level Agreements for OEM's and OECDs with the help of the sales team/Manager.
  • Updating self and continues self-development to ensure we are always ahead in the game.
  • Continues support to management to achieve company goals.
  • Any other related technical responsibilities that the company might deem fit in time.

Salary:
Up to AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- workshop: 5 years (required)
