The role of Head of iCRC ME Property & Buildings is a senior role, and the role requires an individual who will have the ability and will to succeed in developing, growing, and maturing property and Building's vertical approx.

200 employees in multidiscipline (Structures, Services) technical offshoring team within India to support our ME Businesses. Collaboration with our other iCRC' s may also be required.

The position is situated at the WSP office in either Noida or Bangalore, India.

Your new role, what's involved?

Overall delivery responsible for the Middle East Property & Buildings iCRC delivery.
Growth of iCRC Middle East Property & Buildings business as per the business plans, its management and optimum utilisation as per agreement with Lead country representatives.
Represent Middle East and the business interest visàvis iCRC in various forums (SMT and similar).
Represent iCRC India towards the Middle East region in strategic topics.
Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team on different locations to variety of projects.
Provide mentorship to team leads and team members of various disciplines

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Good to have professional Status or equivalent in relevant field.
Proven track record of delivering business results.
From management position and from technical background.
Management experience in offshoring delivery and prior working experience with Gulf countries/businesses would be and added advantage.
Strong business acumen with a go getter attitude.
Must be a dynamic leader and strong cultural fit with WSP Leadership values.
Exceptional communication skills
