We are seeking an experienced PRO to provide comprehensive support to our Middle Eastern offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is based in our Dubai office and plays a key part in ensuring seamless regulatory, visa, and government-related operations across the region.

Our Team

Our Partners and Lawyers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi practice a broad range of areas such as International Dispute Resolution, Corporate, and Labor & Employment. We represent global corporates, government departments, government-owned entities, private businesses, family offices and individuals across the seven Emirates, as well as international clients with interests in the UAE and the MENA region. You will join our excellent support team based in Dubai, who cover everything from secretarial services to finance and billing, to support our lawyers in delivering the best service to their clients.

Our Opportunity

Reporting into our Dubai Office Manager, the core focus for this role is to ensure the firm's licences, registrations, and legal documents are accurately maintained and renewed in line with UAE regulatory timelines. This includes overseeing the complete process of visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations, the complete process for DLAD registrations, renewals and cancellations, and other related processes and documentation to ensure our employees and partners can work and practice in the UAE. You will also have the opportunity to provide PRO support direct to our clients where appropriate.

You

You will need to be highly organised and a self-starter, with excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for managing all interactions with UAE government entities. Experience in a similar role is desirable, preferably in a law firm, and an understanding of the UAE compliance requirements, immigration policies and labour laws is a must in this role.

Due to the varied and busy nature of this role, you must have the drive to focus on a number of different projects and ensure that all deadlines are met so project management skills are essential. The ability to track and proactively manage expiries for visas, licences, permits, and corporate documents is key, therefore you will need to be a proactive, hands-on and organised individual who can work independently and use their own initiative.
