Job Description & Scope of Work

  • Oversee the Joinery Factory Production & Site Operations
  • Coordinate and reports all aspects of the joinery workshop, including production planning, scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Skills in 2d drawing of joinery/workshop drawings, and cutting list.
  • Team Management: Supervise the joinery team, ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and meet production targets.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all joinery products meet the required standards. Conduct regular inspections and checking to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment in the workshop.
