Job Title:
Implementation Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of our inventory management software system for F&B Back of the house operations in restaurants
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, gather data, and identify areas for improvement
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process
Train clients on how to use the software system effectively
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Continuously improve the implementation process to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Back of the house systems for restaurants
Prior experience working with companies like Revel, Foodics, Oracle, Micros, Pet Pooja, Posit
Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients and internal teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with SaaSbased software systems and cloudbased technologies
Deep understanding of the F&B industry and inventory management practices

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
