Modern Union Paper Mills is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our sales team.As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of high-quality paper products.
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and building a pipeline of potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Present and promote our range of paper products to clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a regular basis, contributing to the overall sales objectives of the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the paper manufacturing, printing, or packaging industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Customerfocused mindset with a strong dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
